The development will consist of the provision of a new Wastewater Pumping Station comprising an emergency underground storage tank (up to 300sq.m in plan area) and below ground pump chamber with ancillary fittings. The Wastewater Pumping Station will be accessed via a proposed one-way access road (333m in length and 3.5m in width) for maintenance purposes only that will connect to the new road to the southwest which is being delivered as part of the consented planning permission reference 22959 connecting further to the R148 / Dublin Road to the south. The proposed development will also include the provision of a discharge rising main and all associated infrastructure and site / development works to facilitate the proposed development’s connection to the public gravity network along the R148.
