a) the provision of additional berthing facilities for 10 boats in the outer basin and associated works, b) the removal of existing earthen berm and widening of the marina outer basin on its western side, c) a new gabion retaining wall c. 10.5m long, composed of steam washed selected stone, to southern edge of widened marina basin, d) the installation of new 2m wide pontoon walkway, supported off steel piles, and six number 1m wide pontoon finger walkways and timber fendering to west side of the widened marina outer basin, e) the increase in width of existing concrete slipway located at south-east edge of outer basin from 4.75 metres to 6.5 metres, f) the installation of temporary water filled cofferdam to mouth of outer basin to enable short term drainage of the basin and which temporary cofferdam will be removed on completion of works to the outer basin, g) the installation of temporary panel barrier to channel between outer and inner basin to enable short term drainage of the outer basin and which temporary barrier will be removed on completion of works to the outer basin, h) the removal of spoil from the outer basin and from the channel connection to inner basin, i) all enabling and site development works, landscaping, paving, boundary treatment, plant areas, services provision and connections, waste management facilities and all other ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
