For (A) Renovation/Alterations of existing two storey dwelling to front of site, including the conversion of existing attic to living accommodation and associated elevational changes (B) Demolition of both existing two storey extension to the rear, and storey and a half garage to the side of the aforementioned dwelling to front of site (C) Construction of a three storey annex building to side of existing dwelling to front of site.
