for modifications to the apartment building located in the eastern section of the site only and will consist of: A) The reduction in the permitted height of the approved apartment building from 4 storeys to 3 storeys resulting in an overall decrease of 6 no. units (from 32 no. to 26 no. in the apartment building) and consequent reduction in units across the site from 183 to 177 no. units; B) Minor amendment to the building footprint of the approved apartment building to accommodate the provision of new apartment types at ground, first and second floor levels; C) Amendments to the fenestration arrangements on all elevations of the permitted apartment building to accommodate new apartment types, provision of balconies and amendments to finish to elevations; D) Amendments to ancillary apartment areas (plant/meter room and plant/sprinkler tank areas at ground floor level of the apartment building). The overall permitted layout including road layout and services will remain as per the parent permission approved by An Bord Pleanála under the Strategic Housing Development process
