Permission for development which consists of amendments to extant Permission (Ref. ABP-306403-20) for a Student Housing Development within 2 no. blocks. The current proposal seeks a number of amendments to the permitted blocks which will range in height from 1 to 4 storeys (and with an additional plant room level on the roof of Block B). The revised development will now provide a total of 257 no. bedrooms (of which 13 will be accessible bedrooms) along with ancillary student facilities to include student amenity space, student gym, laundry, reception/security area. Provision of car, motorbike and bicycle parking spaces, and coach drop off (with bus shelter). Bin stores, plant areas, switch room, ESB sub-stations, gas skid. Access to be provided from Coolough Road. All associated site development works, including landscaped areas, boundary treatments, drainage works, lighting, site services and infrastructure provision
