to construct a new passive designed dwelling house and storage area complete with sewage treatment system and all ancillary works at site located in Gortaderra, Co Clare. The site has a common entrance off the public road on North boundary that services four separate sites. Three of the sites (2,3 & 4) have existing dwellings in situ that were constructed following grant of planning permission P06/2796 in 2006. The fourth site (no 1) remained undeveloped and is the subject of this planning application.
