the construction of an 1,800 sq.m sludge holding building of c. 60m in length, 30m in width and 13.5m in height, to incorporate an open faced biofilter to be installed at the western end of the facility building, for the acceptance and temporary storage of up to 12,000 tonnes per annum of sludges produced from wastewater treatment; internal site roads and parking; a 50 sq.m welfare/office facility of c. 10m in length, 5m in width and 5m in height; 1 no. surface mounted weighbridge; an electrical sub-station of c. 7.5m in length, 4.3 m in width and 3.2 m in height; underground holding tanks, infiltration areas and associated drainage pipework; pumphouse of c. 2.5m in width, 2.5 m in length and 2.8m in height; permeable and impermeable hardstanding; entrance gate and fencing and perimeter landscaping.
