retention of the following unauthorized development:1) partially complete single storey extensions to the South & South West of the existing dwelling; 2) partially complete first floor extension to the North of the existing dwelling; 3) partially complete two storey extension to the West of the existing dwelling; 4) alterations to the façades of the existing dwelling; 5) existing polytunnel; 6) existing shed to North West of the site. The development will consist of 1) permission to complete the forementioned partially complete works; 2) permission to upgrade existing wastewater treatment system; 3) associated site works & services.
