PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission sought for development at 2 no. existing dwelling units at Basement/ Garden level and Hall/ 1st Floor Levels. The proposed development will consist of: (1) removal of the existing 3 storey rear return structure and construction of: (a) extended floor area at Basement/Garden level including single storey extension and formation of an opening in the main rear wall and (b) extended floor area at Hall and 1st floor level in enlarged 3 storey structure similar to the adjoining permitted return structure at No 39 Wellington Road, (2) installation of fireproofing in the Hall level floor separating the dwellings (3) minor alterations at 1st floor including enlargement of an existing bathroom (4) alterations at Hall level including removal of 2no. non original bathroom/stores and restoration of the original layout/ configuration (5) minor alterations at Basement/Garden level including removal of 1no. non original bathroom.
