permission for development seeking planning permission consisting of; 1) The restoration / improvement of lands, by raising existing field levels, for the purposes of agricultural gain through importing and depositing of both inert waste material comprising natural minerals of clay, silt, sand, gravel or stone, and also inert waste material arising from construction and demolition activity, comprising concrete, bricks or other such similar material, 2) Construction of internal, temporary haul roads from the existing Carrickamore Quarries Limited entrance at public road to the proposed infilling location, 3) All ancillary site development works.
