The development shall consist of planning permission associated with the existing community centre for; 1 : demolition of the existing flat roofed elements, refurbishment of the existing community centre both internally and externally with fenestration alterations. 2 : extensions to the existing community centre located to the rear; comprising various uses to support the functional use of a community centre, containing reception area, display rooms, kitchenette, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities and remote office working facilities. 3 : upgrade of the existing septic tank to an effluent treatment unit with percolation/tertiary area. 4 : Site development works including upgrade of the existing entrance and environs. Planning permission also to include all other ancillary works/site services and development works associated with this permission as contained within the planning application documents.
