The development site is located within the curtilage of a Protected Structure ‘Kilcreene Lodge’ Ref B117 and NIAH Ref. 12401927. The alterations will consist of the demolition of one no. out building, extension and alterations to two outbuildings, the construction of three stables and one new outbuilding. Upgrade works are also proposed to the area outside the entrance at the Waterbarracks to include, new bollards, kerbing and resurfacing the roadway and all associated site development and ancillary works
