Kingsbridge Health Care Group intend to apply for permission for an Alteration to Granted Planning Permission PL 20393. Granted Planning Permission PL 20393 - Development consisting of (a) the construction of a 2 storey theatre block 3,714 m2, (b) the construction of external stores 66 m2, (c) the expansion of existing carpark to provide total of 96 spaces, (d) the construction of an ESB Sub Station, (e) alterations to existing site entrance, and other associated site works and services. The proposed alterations Comprise: A. Development consisting of an enclosed rooftop plant room (788 m2), B. Development of basement stores & ancillary accommodation (1,191 m2) and other associated site works and services. C. Minor changes to elevations and external finish materials D. Revised floor levels and parapet levels. E. Minor layout changes resulting in an (312m2) increase in original floor area (Ground & 1st Floor).
