The development will consist of the following works to existing cottage (1) the erection of a new extension to the rear (north) elevation, (2) the existing hipped roof shall be removed and replaced with a gabled roof, the wall plate level of which shall be raised in order to provide living accommodation at attic level, (3) relocate main entrance from south elevation to west elevation, and (4) all existing fenestration shall be altered to accommodate the proposed changes as indicated on plans & elevations submitted, together with all associated site development works.
