(1) Permission for Retention is sought for the additional floor area within the workshop area of the building and the addition of office space to front of building. (2)Permission for change of use is sought for the entire building to provide two separate areas for the following uses (a) use as a storage facility for medical device tools (b) for the collection, dismantling, processing and preparation for onward transportation of disused computer components for purpose of recycling. (3) Alterations to the existing elevations of the building associated with the addition of external fire escape doors and provision of signage. (4) All ancillary and site works associated with the above at
