The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain an extension on the western side of the building, a larger covered area in the enclosed yard on the eastern side of the building and a canopy at the front of the building, (b) retention planning permission to retain elevational changes made to the building, (c) permission to construct an extension on the eastern side of the building, (d) permission to construct an extension and a canopy over the existing roller door on the western side of the building and (e) permission for all elevational changes to the existing building to facilitate the development and all associated site works.
