the phase 1 stage of development will consist of the erection of a secure boundary perimeter fence with vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates around the site, a 300m 6 lane running track, a 6 lane 100m sprint track, a 500m perimeter running and walking trail, changing pods, including long jump, high jump, javelin and shot putt facilities with track and field lighting, car parking including a set down area, bicycle parking and including connection to all existing services together with all ancillary site development works.
