The proposed amendments consist of internal layout revisions on the third floor of the permitted hospital (c. 1,295 sq m), to allow for additional inpatient ward (with 20 no. associated beds), in place of the permitted administration area, with all associated site development works above and below ground. No changes are proposed to the permitted elevations
