(1) to demolish an existing water tower structure; (2) remove 2 no. existing prefabricated classrooms; (3) construct a single-storey extension (approx. GIFA of 488m2) to the west of the existing school building; (4) construct a second single-storey extension (approx. GIFA of 15m2) to the rear of the existing school building; (5) create a new vehicular entrance and staff carpark with storm attenuation system; (6) install a new wastewater treatment system; (7) decommission existing private well and boring of a new private well, and; (8) carry out all other associated site works required to facilitate the development.
