RETENTION PERMISSION and PERMISSION . 1. Permission is sought for new proposed car parking area to the front of existing building accommodating 24 no. car parking spaces with reconfiguration of existing car parking to side of building omitting 16 no. car parking spaces in the service yard and revising to provide 1 no. additional disabled car parking space. Total car parking on site to be increased from 36 no. to 44 no. car parking spaces. Permission is sought for relocation of existing free standing totem signage and for 6 no. additional bike parking spaces with all associated landscaping works. 2. retention permission is sought for existing storage shed to the rear and bike shelter to the front.
