(1.) retain the conversion of a former void space to the rear of the ground floor apartments in two separate apartment blocks into living accommodation, including the retention of window openings to the ground floor elevations; and (2.) the extension of 2 no. existing 3 bedroom duplex apartments to create 2 no. 4-bedroom duplex apartments in two separate apartment blocks and thereby 4 no. 4 bedroom apartments in total by incorporating the living accommodation space for which retention permission is being sought.
