the phase 1 stage of development will consist of the erection of a secure boundary perimeter fence with vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates around the site, a 300m 6 lane running track, a 6 lane 100m sprint track, a 500m perimeter running and walking trail, including long jump, high jump, javelin and shot putt facilities with track and field lighting, car parking and set down area, bicycle parking and including connection to existing services where required together with all ancillary site development works.
