FRIAI Chartered Architect, Tralee, on behalf of Matthew O Connell intends to apply to Kerry County Council for a 10-year Planning Permission for a Large Residential Development (LRD) on the Greenville Site at Greenville Road, Islandganniv, Listowel, Co. Kerry to: a) Make Alterations to existing Entrance and estate works. b) Construct 102 Residential Units, comprising 27 three bedroom Townhouses, 2 four bedroom townhouses, 24 three bedroom Semi-Detached Houses, 8 four bedroom Semi-Detached Houses and 1 four bedroom Detached House, an Apartment Building ‘A’ containing 10 No. one bedroom apartments & 6 No. 2 Bedroom Apartments, 6 Duplex Apartment Corner Buildings each containing 2 No. one bedroom apartments & 2 No. Two Bedroom Apartments, including all associated works, roads, pavements and services all as outlined in the documents submitted to Kerry County Council. THE PLANNING APPLICATION MAY BE INSPECTED OR PURCHASED AT A FEE NOT EXCEEDING THE REASONABLE COST OF MAKING A COPY AT THE OFFICES OF THE PLANNING AUTHORITY AT COUNTY BUILDINGS, RATHASS, TRALEE, DURING ITS PUBLIC OPENING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9.00 A.M. TO 5.00 P.M. A SUBMISSION OR OBSERVATION IN RELATION TO THE APPLICATION MAY BE MADE IN WRITING TO THE PLANNING AUTHORITY ON PAYMENT OF THE PRESCRIBED FEE OF €20 WITHIN THE PERIOD OF 5 WEEKS BEGINNING ON THE DATE OF RECEIPT BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE APPLICATION, AND SUCH SUBMISSIIONS OR OBSERVATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE PLANNING AUTHOIRTY IN MAKING A DECISION ON THE APPLICATION. THE PLANNING AUTHORITY MAY GRANT PERMISSION SUBJECT TO OR WITHOUT CONDITIONS, OR MAY REFUSE TO GRANT PERMISSION.
