Refurbish existing cottage PROTECTED STRUCTURE (RPS No.: CW349) work will consist of removal of existing first bedroom / study / store and staircase, removal of all external and internal plaster re-point existing stone, make good to existing window opening on the ground floor gable and insert new granite revels to match existing and replace concrete window cill with new granite window cill to match existing and all associated works. 2. Demolish existing single storey kitchen/dining/living room extension. 3. Construct new single storey bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/dining/living room extension to the rear of existing cottage and all associated works
