replace 3 glamping units consisting of : A: Replace 1 x existing 6 person bell tent with 1 x 3 bedroom glamping unit (sleeps 6 persons) B: Replace 2 x existing 4 person bell tents with 2 x 2 bedroom glamping units (each to sleep 4 persons). Also permission for an extension to existing communal kitchen to provide for multifunction activity space, and permission for new independent entrance to glamping facility and all ancillary site works.
