to amend the planning permission granted under planning file reference 22/8, to include for the demolition of the existing substandard, vacant dwelling house, and its reconstruction, along with the approved extension, and connection to the proposed new wastewater treatment plant approved under 22/8. Permission is also sought to relocate the vehicular entrance on the site.
