The development will consist of 3 replacement glamping units consisting of : A: Replacement of 1 x existing 6 person bell tent with 1 x 3 bedroom glamping unit (sleeps 6 persons) B: Replacement of 2 x existing 4 person bell tents with 2 x 2 bedroom glamping units (each to sleep 4 persons). Also planning permission is sought for an extension to existing communal kitchen to provide for multifunction activity space, and permission for new independent entrance to glamping facility and all ancillary site works.
