To demolish the existing porch and boiler house, to construct a new extension (community space) to the western side of the existing church building, to construct new window openings to the rear of the existing sacristy, to widen the existing site entrance and relocate the car park, to provide new landscaped public realm and planting, and all associated site works including new retaining wall for same, along with new connection to public wastewater, and new on site surface water soakaway.
