permission to include; the erection of six detached buildings, providing an aggregate floorspace of 2,458.3 sq. metres in three single-storey terraces of ten modular residential units, two single storey terraces of eleven modular units and one single-storey terrace of nine modular residential units, resulting in a total of sixty one units of 40.3 sq. metres each, within this overall development. Each of these units, all of which are to be used to accommodate asylum seekers, will contain two bedrooms and a kitchen / family room, as well as bathroom and hallway accommodation. The development will utilise an existing vehicular access to the site, an existing water supply and an existing public sewer connection. The application also includes the installation of four new pump houses, the demolition of existing agricultural sheds with an aggregate floor space of 2,773 sq. metres, the levelling of the land, the provision of communal open space, as well as a separate area for outdoor recreational purposes and all ancillary site works. Future residents of this development will enjoy immediate and direct access to the existing recreational, dining and support services available at this facility.
