permanent subdivision of an existing two room and bathroom extension from the main dwelling and to amend the requirements in Condition 3 of Planning application 21/855 to remove the conditions: 1. that the existing dwelling and the proposed extension shall be jointly occupied as a single housing unit 2. that the extension shall not be subdivided from the remainder of the dwelling. 3. the extension shall not be let as a separate dwelling.
