1) refurbish and make modifications to derelict cottage including the demolition of a porch and bay window on the cottage, 2) demolition of an existing two storey section which was partially completed adjoining the rear of the cottage, 3) construction of a new two storey build with single storey flat roof sections to the side and also connecting back into the cottage building and 4) completion of an entrance, waste water treatment system and all associated site works
