for the following development: (a) to demolish the existing disused toilet block and administration building; (b) to construct two no. semi-detached houses to cater for manager’s accommodation and caretakers accommodation; (c) to extend the existing electrical outbuilding in the Southern park (park A) to provide recycling and electrical facilities; (d) to extend the existing electrical outbuilding in the Northern park (park B) to provide recycling and electrical facilities; (e) all associated site works and services.
