development at a site at the entrance to the Tullow Wastewater Treatment Plant, Bunclody Road (N81), Tullow, Co. Carlow, R93 RY69 measuring approximately 0.14 hectares. The development will consist of [1] the retention of the existing ‘as built’ wall to the north and south of the site entrance to the Tullow Wastewater Treatment Plant; [2] the demolition of part of the ‘as built’ southern wall, fence and hardstanding; [3] the construction of a new realigned section of wall, concrete hand standing and fence to tie in with the remainder of the ‘as built’ wall, footpath and fence; and [4] hard and soft landscaping works and other associated site development works above & below ground necessary to deliver the development
