(i) modifications to existing creche-offered services from sessional services only to part time day care not exceeding 5 hours for any child with daycare hours of 8.30am to 1.30pm; (ii) modifications to existing opening hours from 9.00am-5.00pm to proposed opening hours of 8.00am-6.30pm.
