The development will consist of a) Warehouse building with ancillary accommodation on 2 levels and a 4,945 sq.m total gross floor area, b) Single storey ESB substation building, c) Vehicular access to the site off the existing l3700 roadway at two locations, d) Car parking spaces and heavy goods vehicle parking spaces, e) Provision of drainage services and a hydrocarbon interceptor, f) Signage on the proposed development and on the site, g) Site lighting, h) New property boundary treatments and i) All associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted with the application.
