The development will consist of (a) Retention of entire demolition of existing split level dwelling, (b) Retention of new raft slab foundation of proposed new dwelling and associated site works as constructed, (c) Permission for new split level with mezzanine dwelling on said raft (264 sq.m at ground level and 80 sq.m at mezzanine level), together with all proposed site works, including installation of a replacement wastewater treatment system, a covered open-sided parking area to the front (south/west) of the dwelling, changes at the site entrance, as well as all ancillary site works.
