The development will consist of amendments to planning permission Reg. Ref. 23/60198 for the construction of below ground potable water mains between Liscarton Water Treatment Plant and Proudstown Reservoir, a 380kW solar array and associated works. The proposed amendments comprise the replacement of 50m of fencing at Proudstown Reservoir with a 2.4m height palisade fencing, and the removal of Condition 5 of planning permission Ref. 23/60198 resulting in the existing watermain remaining in place.
