Permission for development which will consist of: permission to vary some of the conditions of the conditions that were previously attached to the Pl. Reg. Ref. 268/97 (An Bord Pleanala Ref. 61.104078) The alterations will consist of a new boundary wall to the northern and western boundary. The finish to be of a stone façade finish. Retention of minor amendments to remaining existing boundary walls/fences are also envisaged and all associated works.
