The development will consist of (a) The partial demolition of the single storey area to the front of the existing building and the disused water tower, and the demolition and relocation of the front boundary wall and landscaping features. (b) The construction of a single storey Special Educational Needs extension to the side and rear of the existing building including an outdoor sensory garden and outdoor play spaces. ( c) New pedestrian and vehicular access including a new boundary wall, relocated vehicle parking, and additional vehicle parking and drop-off spaces for school use. (d) All associated landscaping and siteworks.
