Permission for (1) a change of use to utilise the partial ground floor of Westfield House as staff amenity space for the pre-school and (2) the extension of an existing pre-fabricated classroom with a new single storey timber framed building (21m2) to link to a new pre-fabricated classroom (43m2) to facilitate an increase of childcare places (ages 3-12) from 43 to 77 and (3) 2no. lightweight timber clad canopies to create sheltered child drop off area with buggy store and outdoor play space, together with all associated site works at Westfield House.
