Permission for development which will consist of: The demolition of an existing single-storey, flat-roof garage (floor area = 12m2) to the side of the house and an existing single-storey, flat-roof extension (floor area = 10m2) to the rear of the house, and replacement with new extension of equal area. The new extension will comprise of a new entrance, kitchen and bathroom at ground floor level. Works will include the upgrading of the overall house envelope, including external insulated cladding, to improve the thermal performance, covered patios to the front and rear of the house and a new replacement garden shed (floor area = 7m2) to the rear of the garden.
