Planning Permission for: (1) to demolish the remaining structure of the dwelling house on the site (2) to construct a replacement part storey and a half, part single storey dwelling (3) to close up and decommission existing septic tank and soakpit (4) to install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area (6) and all ancillary site development works.
