Alterations to previously granted planning permission under planning reference number WEB5207/21 which comprises: -demolition of existing porch to front of existing house and reinstatement of original front entrance area, -demolition of existing single storey extension to rear of existing house, -conversion of existing flat roof garage to side of existing house to games room and -construction of new single storey flat roof extension to rear of existing house together with carrying out minor interior alterations to existing house and all associated site works.
