the Application that is located within an Architectural Conservation Area and there is an existing Protection Structure on the Hospital Campus (RPS Reg No. 1649 Ref No S.E. 30 Hospital Chapel). No works are proposed to the Protected Structure as part of this application. The proposed development will consist of the removal of existing temporary portacabins from within the internal courtyard and the erection of Emergency Accommodation Unit comprising of 2 separate extensions, 2 storey each. The smaller extension will consist of: (a) Future medical use at ground level, (b) Staff changing areas at first floor level.
