Permission & Retention permission sought for alterations to existing dwelling previously granted permission under Ref. 99/604 as follows: 1. Retention of conversion of attic space into habitable rooms, walk-in wardrobes/ dressing rooms and storage room on second floor and conversion of roof space into a habitable room on first floor, including additional windows, roof windows and minor alterations to external fenestration/ wall finishes of existing house, together with proposed dormer windows to rear elevation and velux roof windows to side elevation. 2. Retention of revised location of existing septic tank and its replacement with a proposed Tricel wastewater treatment plant and proposed pumped soil polishing filter to EPA standards.
