development which will consist of the renovation and extension of the existing, storey and a half dwelling house, known as Heathstown House, to include alterations to the front and side elevations, new windows, rooflight and doors, alterations to the internal layout, demolition of existing rear extension and construction of a new single storey rear extension, demolition of existing shed to the East of the house and construction of a new storage shed to the North/Rear of the existing house. The development shall retain its existing entrance and will include the construction of a new gate and piers to the site, halfway down the entrance roadway, and a new suitable onsite waste water treatment system with polishing filter, landscaping, and all associated site works and services
