for the development of an extension to the existing light-industrial manufacturing facility, consisting of a single storey of high bay warehousing with ancillary office, manufacturing, and R&D areas over 3 storeys resulting in a combined 5100m² of new floor area, with screened roof level plant. The development will include the provision of 3 no. ramped loading bays, 3 no. at grade loading doors and associated construction and upgrade of ancillary yard/marshalling areas, as well as the inclusion of a fire suppression storage tank and associated pump house, building signage, upgraded campus entrance signage and all ancillary landscaping, site works and services. The building is to replace the existing structures on site, the demolition of which was permitted under Pl.Ref no: 23/552.
