Permission is sought for construction of a new two storey rear extension to No. 288 Malahide Road, Dublin 5, D05T1W7. Development to include: 1.) rear ground floor brick clad extension measuring 27sqm, 2.) first floor flat roof extension measuring 18sqm, materials of render and tile to compliment the existing structure, 3.) two new rooflights to extension and all associated roofline changes, 4.) three new opaque windows to the side elevation, and internal layout changes to accommodate proposed amendments and site works.
