The development consists of (a) permission to decommission the existing wastewater treatment system and construct a new wastewater treatment system consisting of a mechanical treatment tank and soil polishing filter, (b) retention planning permission to retain the dwelling house as constructed, (c) retention planning permission to retain sheds 1 & 2 as constructed and (d) retention planning permission to retain the house, shed 1, shed 2 and the wastewater treatment system within revised site boundaries.
