The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain floor area extensions to the house and elevational changes made to the house, (b) retention planning permission to retain shed 1 and shed 2 as constructed (c) permission to decommission the existing wastewater treatment system and replace it with a new wastewater treatment system consisting of a mechanical treatment tank and a soil polishing filter, and (d) retention planning permission to retain the house, shed 1, shed 2, shed 3, the external home office, and the wastewater treatment system within revised site boundaries.
